Few things:

Selvedge line is silver metallic.

These jeans are about 31" waist presoak.

Lek - are you in the contest? I think they only do inverted A (which I think is cooler) if you are in the contest. They are special ones we got. Specially numbered (lot #9) and no inverted A.

They are really slim too. The hem is pretty small, about 8.5 inches across, or 22cm. Im hoping around 20 cm post soak. Man this is going to be AWESOME!

i'm in the contest and didn't get a backwards A

eh... the jeans are enough for me. Im sure its nice and all, but 50 bucks for a tshirt that is probably printed on a generic AAA t is a little too much for me.

So thats a no from me. Thanks for the offer though.

PS. Please dont wear the tshirt for a whole year. Youll give denim heads a bad name when people smell you!

navy blue + indigo denim? nasty combination? what about a brown or tan, or a bright color and white ink?

50 dollars is pretty steep for one color ink on a regular cotton t-shirt, but I guess that's somewhat close for burning a screen for every different person and their different number.

it sounds like a ridiculous in a horrible way idea, though.

Some pics of me wearing the sammies in raw state ( yes, that is a cast ). I'm a little under 5'9, 135 lbs and have roughly 19.5" thighs.

These are quite baggy on me currently. I'm hoping they shrink ALOT, otherwise there will probably be a pair up on the market come november.

I haven't soaked my contest jeans yet, but I did this routine with my 5000VXs and 5000BKs and they didn't seem to shrink all that much. The denim in the contest jean is way different though so maybe they'll shrink more.

1. Open the box

2. Put on Raspberry Beret really loud

3. Run around the house in my underwear with my wife's panties on my head whilst playing air guitar

4. Put down the air guitar and pick up the jeans and play jeans guitar

5. Repeat 2-4

6. Using the hottest water I could get out of my tap I soaked the jeans until the water was cold

7. Hang until dry

8. Repeat 2-6

9. Hang until dripping stops and wear until dry

10. Found something important to worry about.

I did this to try and get as much length shrinkage as possible. There was almost no shrinkage in the second soak, maybe about 6mm difference from the first soak. Even after the second soak both were still 36+ in the inseam.
