I have made a fairly complete list of all available black denim jackets. Most of these are black/black I thought I would post it here too

After sizing wrong on a Lee 101J (I thought sizing down was a good idea for whatever reason) exactly one year ago I got another jacket, this time in the right size :) It's a standard raw selvedge "Made in Turkey" 101J, nothing fancy.

Hey Cucoo. Do you have any sizing advice for this jacket. I'm looking at possible getting one having just sold my Levis trucker. Trucker was a M which felt too big for me, and I was thinking about going to the small in the Rider jacket. I'm a 38" chest and looking for a snuggish fit. YOurs looks about perfect fit wise. I don't have a Levi's trucker in the same size to compare to, but I'd say, go TTS - on me, SD1 was wearable but just so (very short and so snug you could only fit a T-Shirt under it). On me, true to size fits snug when buttoned without feeling constricting.

Thanks old chap. That helps me. Typically, according to Lee's own sizing guide, I sit slap bang between small and medium! Normally I buy a small, as I prefer a fitted look, but I think a medium may be the way to go.

Whose dick do I hae to suck to get a fuckin RAW denim jacket from one of the Jap brands??? They're all fcking one wash everywhere and I don't fuck with one wash.

One wash usually doesn't make a difference... My flat head type 2 feels exactly like the raw denim does after a few washes. Don't get something with boring denim just because it's raw!

Were you thinking type 2 or 3? Only problem with fh is they discontinued the regular type 2 and put like extra vertical pleats in the new one. Me no likey.

Also, good luck on strike gold...try them on if you can. Really weird cuts.

As someone who never tucks shirts in, I'm really liking the new longer length (that's what she said).

***Disclaimer: I'm totally aware this jacket is pale in comparison to the usual Sufu favs. But I got it for pennies on the dollar and it's actually a raw 10 oz Cone Mills and it was actually made in the U.S.A. I would love to have the SEXIH22TYPEIII or the Samurai S553OG but alas I cannot afford them at this time *sigh*

From the Levi's 2011 Waterless Collection. Maybe a total of 2 months actual wear time. Didn't really keep track for some unknown reason. Unlike the current 2015 version of this jacket which is described as having been "treated with a garment rinse", this model from 2011 is a completely raw 10oz Cone Mills selvedge denim that is fading quite nicely. Hasn't touched water yet. Kind of an experiment for me to see what it will look like with no soak and no wash for as long as I can. All my other denim has been in water. I don't think it's production lasted past the one year in 2011 since I can't find a completely raw version online any where now, other than LVC of course.

I think so Bobbo.

Thanks! I'm totally happy with it so far.

The Samurai S5530OG will have to wait for now while I build up the ole' bank account.

That is a great pickup Worn75.

Levis type 3, Made in America, Raw Cone selvedge denim.

This is what a solid denim jacket should be.

I say that because the more exotic Japaneae repro's are incredible, but to find a cheap, well made jacket by levis - is a special something.

Post up some fit pictures if you can.
