I think the state of the jacket 8,5/ 10 (There are minor scuffs (see photo)

 

 

 

 

Those are holes where the EtaProof has worn against the shock cord (because friction and abrasion wear EtaProof extremely quickly), and it's only going to get worse.

I wouldn't describe an item with holes as 8.5 / 10. Whether someone will give you over $600 is up to them, I suppose.
