whats the sizing like on this seasons ducks?

TTS or same size as brigadier/virgil. Ankle area very snug at first then stretches out in a week or so iirc.

Any idea if the spot 7-Hole 73 are with the OG sole? And if Patricians are coming in suede or leather?

They are the vibram two piece sole that is used on the ss13/fw13 bison leather spot releases, but with carbon TPU (woo)

And general consensus here is that if you're a US10.5 in Virgils and new FBT JP - then I need US10 in 7-hole 73's, right?

The Grizzly release isn't confirmed, the shop from where the pics are from (not own pics) doubt they will be released (as FIL staff informed that no release is scheduled for FW13 nor SS14).

commando crew - does anyone know the colours?  might hold off from buying something else if there is a cream/natural?

Anyone knows? Also after a cream/natural knit.

Also why do they have to do burgundy Patricians and 7-Hole 73's the same month. My wife and son are getting something homemade for Christmas this year I guess.

I would guess the colors are the same as the merino wool knit caps, as these are merino and this is how it works usually in a release of these spot items. So there is a grey, brown, and navy in the knit caps. There could be another option for the crew though. But i would bet those 3 colors will be made at least.

I've received my FBT Amdo today and I thought I'd share something over here since there aren't much pics discussion over here  :P

Visvim has changed their box design and finally the box actually feels solid and sturdy now compared to the older boxes (which is natural, considering they have upped their pricing over the years).

Here's a little comparison between the boxes, old and new, both are FBTs size 9.

The new packaging is bigger than the old one and the product specification is also kept minimal now (smaller label).

They have also ditched the envelope style and incorporated a much simple design now.

Aside from the box packaging, they have also changed to a different dustbag. The older dustbags were plain white with Visvim printed on it and the newer ones now has a more 'vintage' feel to it.

Overall, I prefer the new box over the old  :)

Also, I find it annoying that a high-end brand like them still has errors like this. These are the same tags and notice how "Colors" is spelled right in one of them and the other tag has a typo of "Collors".

Dear Hiroki, with all the money you have been earning I'd expect you to at least have a decent copywriter/proofreader

Don't they still use the left hand box for non folk footwear?

I'm all for the ringlish too.  Adds character.

Really? I'm not too sure myself. Can't really afford Visvim unless I spot a nice deal on em. I like the box quality of the one on the right though.

The packaging is not "updated" - they have been using both boxes for a while now. The right side box is "folk," the left is not.

I bought both the Visvim FBT Shaman JP, and the Visvim FBT Lhamo Folk in the last couple of months directly from Visvim.tv. The FBT Shaman JP came in the standard box on the left, the FBT Lhamo Folk came in the box on the right.

That "updated" box on the right has been around for a while.

TLDR; that box is not new, and many products still come in either box depending on what you purchase from Vis. Most notably, as far as I know, the nicer box is reserved for Folk items.

Can anyone confirm current sizing on the Virgil - Folk? I'm a 9 in Skagway & Gabo and a 9.5 (could even wear a 10) in 13 AW FBT Shaman JP's, and FBT Lhamo Folk.

I'm trying to decide between a 9 or 9.5 and have had some conflicting info. Would you guys say they are closer in size to the Skagway or the current FBT's? Thanks

How do the FBT JP's that are up on the Visvim webstore right now run in terms of sizing? I've heard so many conflicting things.

Thanks in advance!
