Saint Laurent mens F/W 13 - Paris

Apologies for sizing question, but I'm thinking of purchasing the signature lace up boots and am wondering how to size them. I wear a 42 in Saint Laurent sneakers and they fit perfectly. Should I go with the 9/42 in the Signature Lace Up boot? I'm curious because I can purchase a 9.5 off the official site and if they run small at all it would be worth it.

They fit true to size. I have 4 pairs of boots and sneakers all in 45.
