The sizing on the MBBs looks perfect, I was worried they'd be too skinny, or too short, but I think they'll be right on. I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I saw 37.5" inseam. The 21oz BBs list at 34.5" for my waist size, and that would not have worked at all. Rise and leg opening looks spot on.

I followed the pick up exploits, and between that and the worry about sizing, and that made for a suspenseful night, even if I was just sitting home.

Thanks for all the hard work, I really look forward to spending the next two years in these jeans!

I'm back. They didn't shrink as much as I hoped for, but I love the fit - so damn comfy. I just need to figure out wether I want to get them hemmed (as I'm in Berlin in two weeks, I could do it at DC4).

The measurements:

Waist: 89 cm --> 84 cm

Inseam: 98cm --> 93,5cm

Front rise: 30 --> 29 cm

Leg opening: 23,3 -_> 22,2 cm (just like my Eternal 888).

The fit: I was aiming at a much slimmer look, but I actually like that one a lot. I'm really happy. 2 years, here I come.

Guys,

Apologies if you have not been responded to about sizing changes/ questions but I am sure you can appreciate just how busy the last 24 hours have been and continue to be.

The reality is this, due to the well documented problems with this run of 25oz denim we were only able to make the pairs which were originally ordered, even achieving that was done at great personal financial cost to both Haraki and Giles, and no small amount of stress and headache.

Therefore, if you want to change from the size which you originally ordered there is a fair chance that we will not be able to accommodate that request with this batch, unless we can swap you with someone else who wants to exchange. We are looking at alternatives for what we can do to help, but I ask you to be absolutely 100% sure before asking for a sizing change, we are talking about a difference of no more than an inch between any measurement in any size, so I would suggest that unless you need to change by two sizes or more please recheck the measurements and be sure.

You help, understanding and patience is very much appreciated.

X-post from pictures only thread. I've certainly set myself up for a couple of weeks of discomfort and mild pain here, because these jeans are heavy and tight. I think us girls can get away with that type of fit (hopefully), and I'm sure I'll be fine soon anyways. This is just how my Samurai 710s fit in the beginning and they are perfect now.

To hem or not to hem? I'm not usually a big fan of stacking, but i think it kind of works in this case. I'll give them another soak from the knee down before I decide. Input is most welcome.

Bonus shot on the bike (where I'll be spending a lot of time to loosen them up) this morning:
