6.5-7.0'' Leg Opening would be the sweet spot for your build in my opinion... but I agree with nakedandnude, stick with a 7.5'' knee.

I share your pain. It took AGES to get through customs on some evisu I bought not long ago. I think 4/5 days total and felt like forever. I even thought at one point something had gone wrong as the tracking hasn't been updated in such a long time. Or atleast felt like a long time.

Ill be interested to see them when they come through.

An issue that Giles has let me know about with the MBB's. Do not worry, if there is any delay to any jeans I will amend your competition dates to ensure you get the exact same amount of competition time.

This is the issue. The looms being at the limit of possibility stop mid weave randomly, this results in a stuttered re-start. The next few throws of the shuttle resultes in uneven weft lay down. So we have a band of imperfection running across the cloth. It is not a good look to utilise in anything. So we have to cut the patterns out around these bands of imperfection. That is what we are doing with the MBB's at the moment. To be honest haraki and I do not know what the impact on MBB delivery will be. Haraki understands the importance of the MBB issue and will be in the factories the minute his arse lands back in Japan assessing where we are.

As an aside, we get a constant 20% bad fabric when weaving the 21oz.

It always seems to me that the items you want most take the longest without fail.

Useless things that you don't need urgently come through ASAP!

^that's already being discussed in the IHF. Like I know the brand, they won't release anything wih flaws, even if minor. But there's a chance that cutouts that are 100% intact, yet too small for jeans are used.

Sorry, no chance of the scrap denim being used for anything. What we're trying to do is get as many MBB's made from the good denim as we can, and sent over so we can get them shipped out to you guys.

Exactly the same as what happened with my #0's.

In the end I got so frustrated and went to pick them up from my local depot which is Leicester which ain't that local to me but I didn't care.

That was after I saw they had cleared through customs.
