how do i figure out the shipping cost on yahoo auctions (japan)?

most sellers (like 99%) on yahoo auction dont ship internationally

it's usually less than 1000 yen for small items like shoes and jeans

a lot of sellers use "yu-pack chakubarai" which is like COD but you are only paying for the shipping cost.

it prevents sellers from charging ridiculously high S&H

From what I know there's a $5 fee that the bank charges the seller or the buyer, I'm not quite sure who gets the damage.

its the buyer. shipping can vary a lot. what are you buying, and from where?(if you can figre that out)
