Yup, that's the only place I've ever seen any RDT shoes in size 12! I was looking at those for awhile, but I think I'd get more wear out of a Coupen in a brown leather.
Right now I'm more set on a pair of the Stan Chelsea boots, and then depending on pricing I might also get a pair of Coupens.

Flamepanda just sent me pictures of my completed boots. Untreated horsehide from the Cloe Tannery. I’ve been so tempted to get a second pair from him, but I was trying to hold off till I am able to receive these from him. If these are sized good, I’ll go for a second pair. I don’t mind the wait.

These look amazing. I'm on his waiting list for a pair of boots right now. Ordered them a few months ago. I'd be interested in knowing how he sized these for you. We've discussed leather and style, sole, etc. But haven't done the sizing yet.

Okay thanks. I wonder if Brannock device size will be helpful to him. Otherwise it can be a bit of a crap shoot. Shoe sizes for me have ranged all over depending on the shoe... But good to know how he approaches sizing. Thanks again.

The JL have more structure and are a lot more refined in their presentation. The N1 are soft as butter but look a lot more like a military boot. They’re different boots for different reasons and tougher to compare than you’d first think. However the JL fit me better so that’s why the N1 are for sale

Received my crowdfunded Rancourt Ranger moccs in natural CXL, nice shoes for $150 and going to a good cause in keeping the factory up and running.
A little hesitant at first in sizing, 11.5 feels snug but CXL stretches like crazy so they should be fine.

The soles are Dr sole composite. The heels are Dr Sole black rubber.
These were resoled by Ger Wijsman in Nederlands a couple years ago and still have loads of mileage before the next resole.

Thought to post over here before they go on Ebay. Would def prefer to send to a friendly face.

red wings always ruby feet weird and give me terrible hot spots.

edit: Those White's moc toes are really appealing too…if they'd come out a year earlier, I'd've probably gone for them over the Lofgrens, but they're def. on the table for the (somewhat distant, at this point) future

somehow a simple Black pair of Oxfords does it.

i have a pair from clinch.
