Loopwheeler Shrinkage?

Hi guys,

Just wondering what everyone's experience with Loopwheeler is, in terms of shrinkage. Should I go directly by the measurements listed on their site, or go a size up to account for when that thing goes in the wash? Planning on getting a zip-up hoody - so shrinking it could mess up the zippers... Any suggestions? Thanks.
