This shirt is the one that Lindsay Lohan wore during the movie A Prairie Home Companion I really dig the design of the 3 tigers and Extinction is Forever message.

"Extinct is Forever" is a commonly used Animal Rights/Protection motto that appears on many bumperstickers, pins and the like. I have seen the shirts with pandas and owls on them (living by San Francisco) but never tigers. I would venture to say it was a custom made for the movie, especially since they would want her character in something different and unique. I can guarantee you that replicas are going to be popping up on e-bay, etc. in the very near future.
