I remember I couldn't button the top button of mine the first time but after wearing it unbuttoned for a few hours it finally buttoned and wasn't too uncomfortable! Of course I was wearing our Women's Vixen fit which is pretty skin tight on the top block so it was a bit snug for me. I haven't washed mine yet, but from some of our customers who have the 23 oz said it tightened up a bit not too much and anything that did tighten up stretched back out with regular wear.
