I have three shirts from JCrew, one linnen two flannel. I've washed them all, but let them hang dry because I was afraid of shrinking to excess. They're all pretty long on me, even in the sleeves. What would be the best way to shrink them? Are they pre-shrunk?

It's Japanese-sized, so it fits about 1-2 sizes smaller. L fits like S-M, M fits like XS-S.
