depends on peoples schedules. Some people are busy

^Yeah I dunno if 2 weeks is even enough for some of us. Personally, it really depends on when this thing gets to me if I will be able to do something in 2 weeks or not.

Yeah, 2 weeks was decided because it seems like a reasonable amount of time. Many of the participants are people with busy schedules, filled with work, school, or both.

Certainly we would appreciate if you finished and mailed out your part in under two weeks though.

If two weeks isn't enough, we'll figure something out. Its planned to have the best communication possible, so people will know when they're slated to receive the sketchbook and stuff like that. If you get notified that you're supposed to receive the sketchbook but you don't know if you'll have the time for it within two weeks, we could always find someone else to send it to until you're free!

That is something I'd like to try to incorporate. Make a route of where the sketchbook will go for efficiency reasons.
