Any of you guys with Inneva Wovens experiencing issues with the insole?

The one in the right shoe is always slipping backwards and up the heel when I walk for more than 10 steps.  I did size up half because my feet are a bit wider and the shoe itself is pretty narrow so there is a bit of room in the toe (2cm?) but I find it strange that this is happening only in one of them.

Should I just replace the insoles?
