Ok so uhh, how do I invite people? How do I do anything on this thing?

The issue people are having with invites is that Google is turning them on & off to spread out the load. If it's turned off people have no clue if they are just missing where the button is.

When invites are turned On there will be a button here on the main stream page.

As far as how to do anything. Add people to circles, then makes posts. It's not that difficult.
