seems like every time I call a restaurant for takeout, and call the to go line they publish, the person that answers the phone can't apparently take a to-go order and has to put me on hold so they can find the person that handles it. Why print a specific phone number for to-go orders, but not route that number to the correct person...? Similar note, when I call a bank, insurance agency, etc and am prompted to enter my account number, then the person that answers the call immediately asks for my account number. What's the point of punching it in on the keypad if I have to repeat it a few seconds later?
