i am too lazy to find a solution, so i just let my computer keep looping until it goes through

just noticed someone stole my car registration sticker from my back license plate...

I got a parking citation for $38 while using a parking meter Wednesday afternoon. I was gone for at most 15 minutes, too. CVC 5204, no car registration. I can either pay up or pay $10 at the DMV to submit proof that I do have my car registered... not looking forward to the line.
