i really don't like the 'fuzzy' edges, i'm guessing its intentional but it would look so much better with a regular clean cut outline.

I don't think it's intentional, I'm guessing it's the leather they chose to use -- my other pair doesn't have so much fraying on the edges.

 

Wish they went with the red heel tab in final production.
