Sorry guys, had to start a new thread for the final poll. You know the backstory on the hat... This poll will run through next weekend, at which time I'll PM everyone who's expressed interest in order to nail down the final quantity.

We still don't have a font-type of design nailed down for the S, so please use this thread to dropideas/sketches. You can also "sign up" via this thread for details on the next stages.
