IF ANYONE has a bead on these pants (superflex-h pants) in any other color sz 33-34, hell even the same color, let me know! Thankfully someone knew I was into SISP and hit me up to buy these pants from SP12.

That's one of the downfalls of being a fan of SISP I think... It's so damn hard to find previous season stuff.

Love the pants, nice and roomy, pretty strong taper, LOVE the catch pocket because it's actually big enough to fit phones and stuff. The color is a really nice dark black/blue. 3% elastane and it has a semi articulated cut with twisted seams. The only bad part is the "hydrophobic" treatment is non-existent. Anyone know what SISP uses and how to renew it?

i have these too and they're magical.  i think they were maybe only made in dark blue?  would love to have like five pairs if i could find them.

^ does yours still repel water at all? I was looking at the SISP archives and it looks like they came in light grey too.

nah. they did for like ten minutes when I first got them but even at first it soaked the water up some. by contrast my bomber is going gangbusters still... but then that's lined in plastic

I'm having a fondness for MHI's new line at the moment especially this cardigan/knit

Not overtly tech but a relative non the less.

This is more tech with the Schoeller :http://hypebeast.com/2013/11/maharishi-2013-fallwinter-schoeller-textiles-ag-3xdry-technology-collection

Latest edit _ I have wood for these babies:  http://www.maharishistore.com/product/Maharishi_7025ASYMVENTSHOOTERCREWSWEAT_1947_1_394_1.html

Things are looking up - well worth checking the collection.

Now I need a windfall .. arse ....

Glad to see them making a bit of a comeback, I've got a lot of history with that brand.

Indeed, my fave season was when Futura had a hand too and there was a woman's smock which featured the Imperial shuttle embroidered on it in 3M (I think) they were pushing boundaries back then and the Floral street shop was always a pleasure to visit, especially the little exhibition space in the basement with the toys & art, those Henry Chalfont photos a la Subway Art were a thrill for the aging b-boy  - actually seeing Gnome's work was too good, anyone remember his stuff for T-La Rock & Just-Ice & Mantronix waaaay back ?  Halcyon days my friends......better stop or I'll start on about Mike Allen.

Nearly set up a deal with the shop to sell them a load of Henshin Cyborg toys at the time too...

Yep MHI is on the up I feel.

Even before that, back in the mid-90s, a mate of mine was their accountant for a while, used to get sample bits and bobs before they started over-producing. I remember an early sample sale when I almost bought this awesome leather camo hooded jacket they had. Still wish I'd gone for that. But yeah, the pointman stuff was brilliant - I remember being down at the Zap in Brighton and some dude had a pair of snopants with 3M Pointmen on them - so jealous! The Mo'Wax merch they made was also really good. I have a little Propellorheads bag that's made from a recycled MA-1 that might be one of my favorite pieces.

Their bags used to be excellent too. I found a BNWT camo suitpack on eBay a few years back.

Scamster - it's a shame their normal upcycled BDUs are sold out, they really are great.

I still have a pair of those, used to have an olive green pair now have a cream colour that are too small for me, the 3M reflective point man - fun!

Mid 90's for me was Stussy, FUCT/Dorothy's Fortress & X-Large with a smidge of Anarchic Adjustment & Pervert

Sorry for digression folks, I'll put a roadblock up on memory lane now to prevent my further access !

sizing same as SFBs?

I don't think so, I have a pair of SFBs that are an 8.5 that fit pretty well. Never tried the SFBs that had the lunar sole though.

I would get a pair of Lunargrands but I doubt the tread could handle snow

Yeah, I don't think they'd be great in snow.

nice cop on the lunargrands Dr Jonboy!

do you know if their normal upcycled bdu pant is a regular thing or (hopefully not) a one off part of a collection?

I think so, they've had them around since before I moved to the US in 2002, but I don't know how often they update them on the site. This seller on eBay has a few BNWT pairs, although it depends if you can live with the embroidery on them: http://stores.ebay.com/Maha-Goods?_trksid=p2047675.l2563

do remember those but find for me the cut on wings + horns trousers to slim for my chunky legs or if I size up then to big around the waist.

... just did a check and wings + horns have them on their site for anyone that is interested they are seriously nice.

I have digressed enough from the original topic, no more camo talk.
