Looking at the complexity of product, COGS, logistics cost/qty, I can somewhat understand the pricing. What's your definition of minimal. Between Acronym, Nike ACG, and SISP, I'm sure hes doing pretty well for himself.

Tying them is a must. You pretty much pull your pants down reaching into your pockets, at least on the 23a.

I am 29-30 inch waist. Without tightening, the waist of P23A is more than 40

halomunkey 425,692 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) Alternatively you could mall ninja it and buy a cam buckle from amazon for $1/piece. It's been brought up previously but acronym webbing isn't proprietary. If you run into any issues or want increased functionality you can most likely find an affordable solution at an outdoor/milspec store. cop ITW cams for that brand synergy Edited September 22, 2017 by halomunkey
kampongkid 714 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) i've got the old p25. best option is to just thread the webbing across the opposite side of the buckle. Edited September 22, 2017 by kampongkid Added pic

Considering the prices vs something like the archetypal fashion houses, I would assume that margins on Acronym are far smaller. Which could have the potential to seriously harm the longevity of these boutiques if they get stuck with any dead inventory at all? I'm interested to see where this is going over the next few seasons, with the influence of the hype I expect Acronym to continue to raise the prices until they find their price equilibrium on the number of sales made (It's been ages since I took economics, if someone can help me on the name of this concept). After which point, one might assume that they would use the excess revenue to expand the brands production and bring prices back down? Is it even possible to create an economy of scale on a product that is intended to be on the cutting edge year after year? production possibility frontier or something i think

Sorry for being that dramatic, but I am really upset about this right now.
