My life is forever impacted. This is the kind of news that is worth reading, not that trash about budget deficits, natural disasters, and things that may actually affect me.

we can all rest easy

2 wtf things from this article

'Cage, out on a $11,000 bond put up by reality TV's Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunger" Chapman, faced one count each of disturbing the peace and domestic abuse battery.'

'In early March, officers escorted Cage out of "Stella!" the upscale French Quarter restaurant, in an incident that ended with a broken window.'

I'm pleased others appreciated Bad Lieutenant. I've spoken with many folks who failed to recognize Cage's brilliance in that film.

@B-D: I had a similar experience a few days ago. Snakes Eyes filled me with doubt; Adaptation reaffirmed my appreciation.

watching Peggy Sue next!

recently watched Captain Corelli's Mandolin, where we got most of the footage for the vid from. He has this excellent Italian accent that sometimes kinda changes to a German accent and is generally beautifully subtle in his character's charming confidence.

Also, i really wish i could've seen him in his booth when we was recording for G-force. watched the whole film and didn't even know it was him.

Cage, at the Toronto film festival along with director Joel Schumacher promoting the film [Trespass] about a home invasion, said that he has actually lived through the nightmare in real life.

"It was two in the morning. I was living in Orange County at the time and was asleep with my wife. My two-year old at the time was in another room. I opened my eyes and there was a naked man wearing my leather jacket eating a Fudgesicle in front of my bed," he told reporters on Wednesday.

"I know it sounds funny ... but it was horrifying."
