I saw these on ebay. I know some of y'all bigger folk have been lookin for LVC style jeans with bigger waists. Maybe you can score a deal on some nice denim.

I guess they finally decided to put a name to the jeans, rather than knockin off levis.

I agree, who cares...I think I will bid!! They are not fake jeans (they are not a hologram) they are just fake levis and I bet they are better quality than anything Levis puts out for the general public.

The patch is a deal breaker, but that thing can be taken off. If they were a smaller size I would bid. I too, like that they finally are trying to rebrand the jeans. Now they won't have to pay people to wear in their jeans. I also like the idea of having the selvage showing, although, I am not one to care too much, but atleast it is one aspect that sets them apart from Levis.

i wouldnt be so sure. selvage doesnt mean quality, just narrow width loom. if the raw materials are poor quality then the loom doesnt matter.

no... twice the yardage to make jeans. the narrow width means you have to use more length.

The "Real" jeans aren't quite the same and for all pairs the denim doesn't exactly look gangbusters, but apparently you can achieve a solid fade with them. Easily better quality than Levis STF though and almost positive they are worth $60.

damn how are people getting the creases on the back of their knees like that? do you have a pic of how those jeans fit on you?

my 47 LVC's don't fit baggy at all but i don't have that kind of creasing. i'm very active in them too. maybe too active?

Guest jeffvyain

your ankles might not though...

i took a good spill yesterday. bombed a hill (i longboard) on the smoothest road i've ever ridden on. slipped on a puddle no bigger than a fist going about 35mph, jumped off, ran a couple steps, fell on my shoulder and skidded across the pavement on my side for 10-15 meters. Thought when I got up my jeans would be ruined, but the road was so smooth I didn't even rip through my shirt. got a tiny little road rash on my elbow but that was it. Thank god for strong jeans.

I think there is a guy named Tony Hawk who still skates, even though he has one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. That dude is old!
