this thing is a beast, incredibly warm and not as heavy as I thought it was gonna be.  The waxed jungle cloth is unreal, so dense and wind proof.  Cant wait to see how it softens up with wear.  The massive Waldes zips r very tasty.  I was wondering if anyone knew where the UES line was produced?  The tag says manufactured by freewheelers, designed in Japan. Which makes me feel like it’s not made in Japan.

Probably just what FW thought sounded cool TBH - their labels and tags look great, but quite a few don’t really make sense and have spelling mistakes

there labels are sweet, definitely can’t take them at face value, for example,  i know Great Lakes Manufacturing isn’t made in Utica, N.Y.! Haha.  That would b very cool though, I live an hour or so from there.

That’s correct … Great Lakes Manufacturing is made in Japan - just like I told you :laugh2:

@MJF9 if you ever decide to part with that jacket let me know. :P Nice looking tux!

Thanks.  This is definitely a keeper mate.  Denim is great, lining lovely, buttons are ace (consistently very impressed with the quality of FW buttons)... it's my most spacious denim jacket by some but liking that extra room a lot... nice change from my others

my flannel pocket pair is slightly looser than the olive pocket s601. olive pair has been washed more though. they both have the same number of buttons but the flannel ones are a lot harder to fit through the button hole.

also love hooiser

Just received these olive deck trousers that I bought in Grailed.  They r BNWT and I think they are from 2017? @Duke plz correct me on this.  FW jungle cloth is incredible.  The fit is definitely a little different then I’m use to, very roomy top block and thighs and a pretty strong taper below the knee to the hem, but the more I wear them it grows on me.
