i've been in there when the backpacks weren't out, but you're right they probably just take them into the back when they're out of them. same with skateboard decks etc.

I used to have those green/camel Carrolls. The leather on them was kind of weird. It had an odd texture. Kind of rubbery.

Madfoot did a version of the Carrolls a few years back. I believe they did a two-tone royal/white version.
