I think that's a Neapolitan mastiff puppy. The full grown dogs are much bigger.

i didnt do that, but i want to. i read up on how its done and it looks like you can do it in photoshop but im not very good with it so it will prob be time consuming. it is high on my to do list but any helpful hints from people that have done it is appreciated
