Congratulations indeed - Is it dumb of me to ask if the handmades from NYC are still made in England or commissioned from american craftsmen?

Nothing is made in NY. US distributor is based in New York and he's the only guy in the country with color chips. Not for long. Claire's peeps are making a set of custom color chips for Spectacles for Humans. Once we have them, in 3 weeks approx., we will start offering our clients bespoke eyewear options similar to those offered at OG showroom in London.

That's fucking weird... straight-up SuFu jack, font and all.

Anyway, I need a pair of these, although hopefully cheaper. Anything like this or the infamous Crillz' would be awesome, I need suggestions. Something along these lines:

Admittedly, the second fellow looks like kind of a prick.

Basically I need some black sunglasses to go with my entirely black-and-white wardrobe. I'd like to avoid Ray Bans since they're so ubiquitous these days, but whatever.

Damnit, Diamonds, cheap! haha

tsubi?! what do you mean cheap!? ... yeah! ksubi or vibskov... that's perfect!

yeah!

if i were you, i'd scour ebay or cheap ass stores... like FIELDS or Walkmart

i've found a couple rayban knockoffs in The Bay too... from ROOTS Canada, they weren't too bad. If you check out a department store of sorts you'll probably find a pair for $18-20.

Me neither, and that's why it's astounding to find a pair I actually like.

I am seriously considering the $275 for those Jack Spades. Christ.

edit: Oh, and of course they're sold out. Damnit.

if you're into the clear jack spades, there are a VERY similar pair at SEE ("Selective Eyewear Elements"), for i think $100 less? at least? they have a cheezy website and the frames aren't on there, but i think they have some in stores. michigan-based, but have stores in boston and new york if you're in one of those.

that man is the icon of cool.

check out OCshades... i hvnt bought anything from them, but they seem to have relatively good quality and cheap sunglasses (15$ +$2 shipping)... i cant decide between these three style of wayfarers though:

new wayfarers:

classic wayfarers:

only difference is the thickness of the frame i believe, not sure if the classics are bigger lenses (maybe?)...also the new ones have lavender lenses as opposed to smoked...if i were to get them id prob buy the black and tortoise...opinions?

they have white ones too for you guys looking for white wayfarers:

http://ocshades.com/product_info.php?products_id=2661

maybe even the large classics:

i cant decide...i currently own two pairs of carrera aviators, dont know which of these wayfarers to get... which size do you think jfk is wearing in that last one (i think maybe the large ones?)

well i originally found it through a swedish blog (random):

http://breachofstyle.blogg.se/

translating his description says this...it barely makes sense but apparently he believes they are good quality and recommends it:

Order any sunglasses to me and mine sweetheart from OC Shades precedence weeks and was getting them today. Wes order cautious one couple wayfarer of few major model than orginalet , late order self also one couple tals brilliance. Wayfarersen am sitting really good and each precise in the magnitude self was hoping on , they second each few welfare superb for me , both to model and there them am sitting on nose , sheep watch if self am arriving uses them somewhat. Heal reservation was landing on kr with freight and all , wholly yoke really. Recommend high!
