SuToCorp - SUPER LOW proxy fee for branded item from Japan Auction

Has anyone been having problems sending money to them via Paypal again?

 

When I try to send money to their Paypal it just says: Sorry we cannot send your payment at this time.

 

I'm completely verified and I'm sending from my Paypal balance as yen.

 

I'm having the same issue... Anyone know of a solution?

 

Called Paypal customer service and was told it is blocked due to "federal law about sending payments to accounts outside of the US"??

i asked them to send an invoice to my paypal address in the amount in yen i wanted to send them and then my payment was able to go through.

You have to ask them to create an invoice for you aaaaaafter they retrieve your item (right before they send it out to you)! :0)

Yeah, what's weird is that on the 5th I had the problem of the payment not going through, and I called Paypal up, and the guy just pressed a couple keys and was able to let me send payment. 

 

I just called again because sutocorp received my items at their warehouse and I needed to complete the payment for fees and shipping, and when I called Paypal again they said that it was a problem on the seller's end.  

 

I'll ask for an invoice this time.  Thanks for the advice

& the email directly system is much easier than companies who use convoluted web forms.

Just ordered an Edifice Melton jacket from SharpService JP on January 8th. Sent payment same day, received great/quick responses up until payment was received….

 

Now, 17 days later, and after numerous emails to SSJ, I've received one email stating that the item was shipped but they are "waiting on the tracking number." 

 

Is this any bit normal? I've been nothing but polite and respectful. Slightly worried about the $350+ that I sent to them...

They shipped my item on Saturday and I got it on Tuesday (Canada)

Despite referencing the quoted sufu proxy fee, I was still charged 8% rather than 500yen. Would encourage new users to clarify on the fee before sending over a deposit.

did you purchase an item from collect_08 with no other bidders?

 

this thread and the 500 yen proxy fee with no bank transfer fee is for items from that seller only
