  1. i have to say i’ve been wearing my pair a lot less lately because of how high the rise is. i don’t expect a perfect repro from TCB but the rise is just so high that it doesn’t make any sense. i can’t wear mine unless i’m wearing a longer shirt or jacket because the rise just looks funny on me.

  2. does anyone know what these are? they have explicit 66 details. they are a little more tapered than i’d expect for a 66 but maybe i’m wrong. the denim is super stiff and feels densely woven.

  3. i took my lofgren m43’s out for an inaugural rainy walk today. i’ve had them since june so they’ve only seen dust in their lifetime. you can’t see from the photo but the front half of the right boot is much nappier than the left. it bothers me a good deal. does anyone know of an easy way for me to make the left boot nappy as well? this is my first really experience with rough-out.

  4. @Chris T i think @Broark summed it up pretty well. i did the opposite. i bought TTS in the tcb’s and sized up on the warehouse. the rise on the tcb is so high that even one size up the warehouse rise is a little shorter. my tcbs fit really narrow through the hips and waist and my warehouse are very loose. both jeans from the knee down are pretty similar. the warehouse have a bit more room in the thigh, but that might be because they’re a size up. hope this helps.

  5. these black 50s look really cool, but there’s just no way in hell. it says to size up 1 from your regular 50s, which makes me a 30. they’re saying a 30 in this will measure at 26”

the rest of the measurements are pretty normal for the size, but the waist is just extremely narrow and you can observe it clearly in the stock photos.
