wore my pair yesterday for the first time since january. still on the fence about whether these work for me but i am warming up to them styled with a tucked in shirt. here are a couple photos. 

i got a pair. a little over a week ago. i love them. i am a pretty true 29, although regular sc47's in a 29 don't stretch as much as i'd like. i bought these in a 29 and they fit pretty brilliantly in my opinion. the waist was super tight at first and stretched to a comfortable spot after a little wear. i even cold washed them and lost a little over 0.5" shrink in the inseam.

I get it man. I shot five rolls on a trip through mine and roughly 80-90 of the frames came back in sharp focus, so i threw in the towel. i miss that lens so much that i've considered getting a 50mm planar t for my nikon f.

seeing stuff like this is part of the reason i love MF so much. I don't entirely agree with his new sunshine tees specifically because you can get patina on his shirts like this on your own.

the 46's are quickly becoming my favorite fit. i might buy another pair before they're sold out for good. the WH is good too. a little longer than i wanted it to be but it's getting the job done.

the denim on the raider fatigues looks really nice, i wonder where it's from.

i think it looks extremely similar to the effect on the mister freedom jeans. it’s my understanding that MF and MiUSA sugar cane jeans are made in the same facility. it looks to me like christophe has his buttons painted to give them an “oxidized” effect. i would be much happier to realize this isn’t mean’t as faux patina, so i’m happy to be wrong here. 

i picked up a pair of the MiUSA 46’s last week. the denim is really nice and has a rougher texture. the details are really cool too. the leather patch is even a massive step above the one found on 47’s. my only complaint is the faux patina on the buttons, but that is very minor and not a real issue. i cut off most of the excess thread they came with. here are some photos after a few days of wear. 

started wearing these again lately. they’re just too good.

thanks! it's the loopwheeled crewneck they made a few years ago. i got it from self edge in 2018.
