What brands have their own specific blogs?

I've tried a chore coat from Vetra before, but it ended up being too large. Does anyone know any stockists that ship to the U.S. that carry an XS?

Belts

Never really thought about it much
Its something I've just started thinking about. Just don't know exactly where I stand yet. I love all of the belts that the one man operations make, but they seem be only making heritage belts which I do not associate with sneakers.

I know that Tanner Goods makes "normal" belts with roller buckles, but I'd prefer to go with more of a one man operation.

Just curious, what kinds of belts do you guys prefer to were with sneakers? I tend to look at most belts I see on hear as strictly belts to wear with boots. Examples would be Hollows Leather or PigeonTreeCrafting.

TCB
in superdenim
Just received a pair of TCB 50s Slims in a Size 28 that are too small. If anyone is interested let me know. Would prefer to not have to pay $30 to ship them back. Willing to negotiate price obviously.

Let me know if you'd like any more measurements.
Thanks, but way too short for me.

Anyone interested in a pair of size 29 50s for themselves or their girlfriend? Ordered directly from and hemmed by TCB however they are much smaller than I could ever hope to fit into, washed once only by TCB and worn only to try on. I can provide measurements and pictures if interested! I'd like to try again on these but would like to be able to get rid of them before I buy a bigger pair.
Can you get me measurements of the actual pair and I'll take a look

Good luck!
I tried to teach my 20something year old girlfriend to drive, she's now my 40something year old wife and still can't drive for shit.
Speaking from experience i would say a crash helmet and flame retardant suit would be more appropriate...oh and get the emergency services primed.
Thanks for the tip. Think I'll go ahead and get this Toys Mccoy Buco helmet, should do the job.

@cmr_reed I've been wearing those oni axb in rotation for a year now. They are really slow faders due to the dyeing and darkness. Great fabric.
Could not agree more about the fabric! I got mine early last year, but finally fit into them now so this is one of my first wears.

I find that the Doek oxford fits smaller than Shoes Like Pottery. The pair I have is a bit too narrow for my liking.
Thanks for the heads up. I definitely have feet that are more on the narrow side so I should be ok. Did you still opt for the same size as in Shoes Like Pottery?

How does Doek sizing compare to Shoes Like Pottery? I see on the Good Weaver Store that the sizing is the same, but want to hear it from one of you guys.

I always do a soak, even on sanforized and one-wash denim, before hemming. Not strictly necessary of course, but I'm picky about my inseam length and that 0-1" (usually .25-.5") of shrinkage makes a difference
I am the same about inseam length. I think I am going to do a soak myself and then send them in to make sure I am safe.

How much will a pair of one washed unsanforized jeans shrink in the inseam once they are eventually washed again? Looking to get a pair hemmed and don't want to have them end up being too short after they get washed. Pair in question is ONI Black x Aizumi if that helps any.

@Double 0 Soul Could not agree more with how fantastic this idea is for a thread. I spent a couple of days in Sheffield a couple years ago whilst on a study abroad trip in London. It is an utterly beautiful place to be and would love to get the chance to go back to stay more than a couple days. Even for a short trip, Sheffield will always hold a special place in my heart as it was the first time my girlfriend and I traveled together and are still together today after over 3 years.

Buy the Orslow and use the waist cinch adjuster buttons to reduce them.
Or hot wash - Dryer them.
Do you know how much the waist adjusters help? In terms of inches. Just asking because I'd prefer not to have to dry them in a dryer.

Anyone have any idea if anyone makes slim fit fatigues in a size 28? I know Orslow's slim fits in size 1 are a 30" waist. Looking for something of that level of quality, so not Stan Ray.

I have their double v sweatshirt in a heather blue colour, bought about 6 Or 7 years ago. It’s not loopwheeled and the inside is a lighter weight, less dense cotton terry fabric, a cool summer evening option rather than a winter sweat.
I think the sizing runs large too. I have a 40 and this would be equivalent to an L in a Buzz Rickson sweat.
Would you say its worth buying at its price range?

Does anybody have both the 30s jacket and 50s jacket? Looking at picking up the 50s one and wanted to see how people sized for each.
