Personally I don't know why they're doing a second round of these. The new colourways seem incredible cheap compared to the originals.

I like the grey colorway myself but I’m pretty much a hater when it comes to anything other than black on black on black on charcoal on black on black on black on shale on black on black on black on gunmetal on black on black on black on draaaaaaab green on black on black on midnight on....

  2. Hell, I have a pair of japanese made converse knock-offs I bought 7 years ago that I haven’t worn yet. I’m finally feelin like this fall is go time.

    Maybe...

  3. I bought a pair of the most recent LF1’s. Knowing full well that I wasn’t sure I’d actually be able to go through with wearing them...

    I couldnt.

    So I didn’t.

    And I sold them.

But I’m still glad I had them for awhile. Fuckers are beautiful

If that doesn’t mean anything that’s ok.

Heavily cosign the combo of boost and primeknit, but a warning that the breathability of the other Goretex NMDs I have is limited. Would be better as a winter shoe than a fall shoe depending on local conditions. Summer is a no go.

My feet run hot in general. No sweat fortunately, but they get toasty easy. Which fortunately makes for sometimes easy dibs on winter gear. I’m based in Maine, which for the uninitiated, is in the north eastern tip of the Continental US. Shit gets a lot of precipitation. All year round. Be it hot or cold. It gets a little hot(90+ F) for a bit. It gets fairly cold(-F to 32 F) for a bit more.

I hate anything with insulation on my feet. (My body apparently regulates temp from either end of it as I also hate hats.) Winter 17/18 I ran with a pair of Palladium’s heavily dosed with Grangers. They performed pretty well overall. Snow melt didn’t penetrate when I came indoors the majority of times, and they held enough heat for my weird feet. Still leaked occasionally snow wise, but overall worth the lack of of a clunky boot.

    Spring rains however...

If these NMD’s actually keep shit dry for real, they may be my final winter solution.

    They tick most of my:

‘why is the damn sole white when the rest is black’ and ‘why are we still using laces’ boxes.

...and damn if Boost isn’t fucking fun to run around on in any terrain... Def gonna keep an eye on these.

  6. @the-intern I interacted with this guy through PM’s on IG the other night and he said he’d already talked to you regarding similarities in product design, and had offered datasets from February showing development that far back? Assuming he had discussed this with you - Not sure why there’s beef here? As mentioned above, Outlier ran with this concept well before either of you. Not trying to stir things up, and I don’t have a vested interest beyond seeing good things come to market, which you both seem to be doing, but dude seemed very sincere, forthcoming, polite and professional in his PM’s with me...

  7. Soooo- I just received my cock-slap from UPS for my P10-DS that I ordered earlier this month. I thought I’d screen captured the code that somebody else on here had used to lower their fee but I can’t seem to find it in my image cache. Anybody want to help save me some time and either link to the page or quote the actual code...?

As a little added incentive: If you PM your address I’ll ship you some random stickers and stuff as a way of saying thanks.

P24A-DS. Yep, thats right. A re-issue of the most sought-after acrnm pants

Woah slow down- where is there confirmation of a re-issue? (I only say that because I have hoping). They frequently use older pieces for modeling purposes yes...?

  9. Fahhhk. For some reason I thought the 72 would hang out for a bit, and I wouldn’t have to hop on that shit. Seems less all around and more direct in its styling...

Well- guess I’ll just say it here: If anybody regrets their purchase of 72 in medium- HMU.

I’m very excited for this piece as well. What size did you order? Curious to get feedback on fit and what all.

Maharishi has some cool stuff this season, some of which is on sale. Picked up a nifty uninsulated bomber made out of crinkly italian tech nylon and a pair of 3xdry treated pants

Any thoughts yet on the Maharishi? I really dig the custom pant cut, I own a pair from a few seasons back in their organic cotton, just curious about your thoughts on how the 3XDRY wears?

  12. Well I did it.

I just bought a $1239 pair of fucking pants.

Never thought I’d be saying that.

Although I bought an $875 chef knife 3 months back and I never thought I’d be saying that either.

    Shit creeps up fast...

  13. I would have bought soooooo much more of E’s ACG if it didn’t have the constant ACG logo/typeset bs all over it. Really not a fan. I’m sure it wasn’t by his design, but it really kills it for me.

The site monitor I used to use always did stuff like that. Not sure if it’s picking up on actual changes being made somewhere or what.

General question for subnet boys out there—how many (if any) interops jackets  can we look forward to this F/W? S/S has been sadly lacking...

And here I am looking for more pants and shirts. Not for F/W but generally I guess.

  15. SOLD

2017 Lunar Force 1’s size 9.5. Brand new, includes box for you completist types. Tried on once while standing on a clean towel, so the soles are still sparkly.  I want to wear these out so bad, but I know as soon as they got dirty I’d die inside a little... (I wear size 10 in everything else Nike and these fit great btw)

Asking $210 shipped in the US, friends and family payment.  International pays their own way.

  16. Been off forum for the last few months, just spent an hour reading months of posts! (nice to see@chunglove is still stealing wi-fi from coffee shops to make his troll attempts- some things never change:rolleyes:)

Soooo... I’m thinking of picking up a pair of the P10-DS. I’ve owned a couple pair of stotz and CH, and the sizing varied both between the fabric and the season. Can anyone comment on this season’s DS? Also- the only other DS I own is the S15-DS. Is this the same fabric entirely in terms of both weight and surface/backing?  Appreciate any insight, and nice to be back. Cheers!

@brainerd666 any updates on the LOT2046 subscription?

Hey sorry for the verrrrryyyy late response. Been off forum for a couple months. I’m almost a year into the premium subscriber plan on LOT and it’s been very interesting to see the concept grow and develop. There’s some very cool stuff going on and upcoming both in terms of everyday use and long term movements. The situation as a whole is feeling more and more inclusive and personal without being invasive. Like a non Facebook, or a Facebook that actually gave a fuck maybe? Besides all that- the monthly drop items have been a great mix of pretty well designed essentials, and surprising random useable items that are fairly non-descript (grey man type) and can easily slot into a variety of different style choices. Each user has an individual landing page at the .com which has a daily question with multiple choices that run the gamut from lifestyle to productivity to social interaction. And there’s a sizing chart that will be used fairly soon to implement items tailored to ones personal measurements. The landing page also gives you the option to opt out of certain ‘essential’ items at will, such as toothbrush, floss, etc. One can also delay their drop for that month if need be as well. The quality of most of the items has been fairly good thus far and I’ve put the majority of the non clothing items to good use or passed them on to friend. It’s always fun pulling a nice full black t-shirt out that has my name on the inside label. That’ll never get old:) I’ve been trying to stockpile some pics of packaging and messaging and such that I’ll upload at some point here. Work is gonna be ridiculous over the next few weeks, so it might be awhile... Sorry if somebody else has already covered most of the territory, I haven’t caught up fully on what I missed over the last couple months. Just finished reading 3.5 months worth of the ACR thread!
