I think what makes the p10 fit great especially in the DS and CH iteration is that the reinforced knee doesn't make the fabric bunch up around the knee unlike most tapered pants do. The aggresive taper on the p10 looks slicker in comparison to other tapered pants because of it. Your alteration the p16A is definitely cool and all but I think adding knee darts similar to the p24a would have made a better silhouette than an aggressive taper.

The Nemis is the best 'basic' summer jacket available. The collar issues should be fixed in recent seasons and Veilance's warranty is great anyway.
My nemis (ss18) still bacon'd after 2 weeks of wear

Tried on a few of the Veilance pants from this season, here are some thoughts...
Dyadic - best fit, liked the strong taper and stretch material. Didn't like the lack of back pockets or belt loops (it drives me crazy when pants don't have belt loops). Plus the material that lines the pants make it way too warm for weather around here. I feel like I'd be sweating in them as soon as I start moving around. Price point is also really high. Can't justify it at retail, especially when a lot of the detailing feel gimmicky over functional (mainly annoyed by the replacement of the belt loops with a button system).
Voronoi AR - like others have said, they just fit very awkwardly on me, maybe it's just this season. I also found them to be extremely restrictive on the top block and not comfortable enough to my liking. I'll have to look around for the terratex version and give those a try.
Apparant - fit well, but since I have shorter legs these "cropped" pants just looked normal on me. Top block was tight like with the Voronoi too, I'm worried if I size up then the rest of the fit would look off. It was too tight to even have my phone and wallet in my pockets comfortably.
Guess I'll have to keep looking. Need something slim, minimal, and with some stretch.
Sounds like outlier slim dungarees to me or something similar

Wasn't the price increase on the 3A-3TS questionable as well, same textile and pattern used before but with a higher price tag (non olive version)? The p10-s significant price increase is questionable considering the p10a-ch last released at 985 usd and now the p10-s sits around 1.4k usd which is undoubtedly questionable given stotz price hasn't increased (I checked with weather wise wear which is a known manufacturer that utilizes stotz for gears and such), patterns for p10 are readily available, and it's the non advanced version of the p10.

With acronym pants it's advisable to know how you want the pants to fit exactly. The different material choices greatly vary the fit which is attributed to each individual material's properties as @Z-11 illustrated above.

Anyone here have insight on veilance pants patterning? I can't understand what the pattern entails in any veilance pants when they always feel so restrictive even after sizing up. the mobility is always so restricted to anything more than a casual stride. The fit is also questionable (or this might be my bias of how pants should fit) in regards to how it sits on the wearer. If all veilance pants were made of the same fabric and colour you wouldn't be able to differentiate them based on fit because there's no distinction without "gimmicks" such as the apparat's cobraX snap hem adjusters (imo sucks as well) or composite fabric construction. These are my personal opinion after owning the majority of the pants and either returning it or selling it after a couple weeks of wear.

I couldn't find much info using the search button about this so here it goes. Anyone have experience with dyeing stotz fabric? I'm thinking of dyeing a pair however I'm afraid if it might shrink during the process

Praise for the new Apparats. I love the new lighter but suppler fabric. It makes the pant more airy and less constricting
Not to mention it ages better. The old fabric patinas hard while this one I still have yet to see those devilish white marks.
