Would also recommend the Arcteryx conveyor belt. Less wow factor than the Alex belts, but easily available and reasonably priced. I've been wearing one every day for a few years now and it seems pretty much indestructible.

The Raccagni zips on both my J46 and LA5 have always worked flawlessly in my experience. I wonder if there is something particular about the J50 zipper layout that is causing the problems. I only have pictures to go on, but it does look like the zipper 'track' is awfully narrow on the J50.

They aren't true winter boots, but I've been wearing the leather SISP commando chelseas since the snow/cold hit and they rule. They are surprisingly warm and with a coating of nikwax polish also nice and waterproof. They really complement techwear well too, which is always nice.

Both End and E35 have a bit of older stuff, although End's selection is all still at retail.

I'd say you have at least a chance at a replacement. I had a pair of voronois replaced after the nyco wore through, albeit they were only 1.5 years old. Really depends on whether they decide it's wear and tear or premature wear.
You might benefit from the fact that, if I recall correctly from my claim, there is a known issue with the durability of the fabric used on the older voronois.

I'm completely in love with these, but yeah, that price is crazy. Here's hoping they end up on sale. Still think it's awesome that Salomon is doing collabs with people like BBS though.

It does look really nice. Was seriously considering the messenger until I saw all that velcro - looks so out of place on a bag at that price point. Guess I'll keep hoping the 3a-1s get restocked before herr trump seals the borders.

Condition?
Pictures of actual item?
also if you are gonna call people offering original retail 'lowballers' you might want to name a price you are looking for

Anyone willing to chime in on their most *effective* winter outfits incorporating ACR? I'm curious to hear how you stay warm in the winter and as to how cold it actually is in your location.
When it gets cold in Detroit (~20f) I wear a La5-mp and Arcteryx Atom vest under a J46-s and find it to be pretty warm. I'm more of a veilance guy when it comes to pants but I'm sure any stotz pants would be fine for winter, especially if you rock long underwear.

Obviously not veilance, but if you are looking for an alternative minimal wallet check out https://www.hyperlitemountaingear.com/wallet.html I've had one for a year or two now and I quite like it. Just remove the branding with a seam ripper and it looks great.

My J-46s also came with a stotz etaproof brand tag

I would also recommend Dsptch. I used their shoulder bag as an EDC on a trip to London and was very happy with it. Quality is very nice for the price. Main compartment is zippered, but it does lack the dedicated security pocket on the slingpack.

I would just send it back. Arc's warranty coverage is very generous. I've had then replace/repair mulitple items at no cost to myself other than shipping it to them.

Hey guys, long-time lurker here. Like many of you I am super particular about t-shirts, particularly when it comes to hand-feel, and wanted to see what brands people are grabbing base layers from. I was getting mine from Nemen, but they've started using more branding, which is a deal-breaker. Ideally I would like something that is 100% mercerized cotton, like the Acronym s10-c. I just took a gamble on a John Elliot washed tee that looks like it might be alright, but I'm not a huge fan of the spilt hem - I can post some thoughts on it when it comes in. Any thoughts or recs would be apprciated.

Gotta agree with this. I find the SISP shoes/boots to be far more appealing and they don't come with a hype train.
