i own reigning champ, nigel cabourn, lady white co, iron heart, and studio dartisan. out of all of those i would rank IH lowest only because they were the only shirts to get the little tiny holes in them. I've worn my lady white co shirt pretty frequently and it might be on of my favourite shirts

Excited to see how they fit on you. those measurements look pretty wild to me

Iron Heart 888 ís another great option for "adult taper" cut with a higher rise.
yeah i'm kinda tired of "relaxed taper" equaling tight taper + a slightly bearable top block

is the Fullcount 1101 fit close to a Samurai 710. Ideally looking for a fit that's slightly higher rise + larger thigh with the same amount of taper as the 710. Don't plan on buying anything right now just looking...

there's been so many times during this break were i wanted to wear jeans but didn't want to wear a non-straight leg jean. So glad they're coming back!

in Ueno there's Hinoya as well as Americaya down the street within both of those stores you'll find pretty much any big japanese denim brand. Harajuku is where most brand specific stores are. Ebisu is where i found Evisu and Warehouse by accident

@FreeCharlesManson Yeah I know. Hey, didn't you reply when I posted some photos two years ago? Those were the same jeans and I still wear them regularly. Of course they have been falling apart even more since then, but I just can't part with them.
probably i definitely remember seeing these jeans a while ago. crazy that these jeans are still alive after all they've been through

Because Canada.
$93 was the cheapest option offered to me that included tracking. 6 business days.
The option cheaper than that was ground delivery for $40. 2-3 months
that's exacly what they told me too

Hi,
Does anybody have pictures of N&F Easy Guy Jeans? I am planning to pickup my first pair of Raw/Selvedge jeans and tilting towards N&F Easy Guys as it seems to meet my requirements (Japanese Selvedge Denim+High Rise+Tapered Fit).
How does N&F compare to some other brands here that people seem to like - Sugarcane, orSlow, Edwin etc?
N&F are solid for their price. a pair of normal indigo denim will fade just as good as any other. my first few pairs were N&F but i'm not longer a fan. in terms of standard 5-pocket indigo denim they don't offer anything outstanding. i prefer japanese brands due to their hardware and generally skinnier selvage lines. Japan Blue, Pure Blue Japan, are some brands i would chose over N&F, although i've never actually tried PBJ. moral of the story N&F good value, wACkY DEniM, fat selvage, easily accessible in person in NA, less than nice hardware(subjective).

Save the patch, pocket bags and the denim. Send back the arc threads
wish it was that simple. let's all use this as time to catch up to Uncle Karl

I'll be exchanging the jeans and keeping the original patch to sew onto the new pair. do we have a timeline when the new jeans would be sent out?

@mlwdp requested a few black denim fits over in the Blunders thread. I don't wear my black denim enough and it seems i only wear them with my Lee jacket, black denim is so much fun for me i bought these jeans after a 4 yearish stint of only raw indigo denim. obligatory not today.

In my opinion the sooner the better if you want to prevent it to "spread". You could do it yourself sashimi style or with a machine if you have one, shouldn't be too difficult.
i think you mean sashiko

Started the second semester of my first year uni today, new math prof but the same chem prof, who i'm not too fond of. Hopefully my 20's will absorb all the knowledge for me.

all my jeans are between 25.5cm-31cm front rise, + 10cm for back rise, w/ a 72-78cm waist. i feel between 27-30 FR is perfect for me the 31cm rise on my 20's is super nice and roomy but at times i feel like it doesn't provide enough containment.
