@Broark I don’t know how you wear jeans in that heat. Anything over 75 I need shorts. You’re a real trooper. Keep up the good work.
Wow, I sometimes wear jackets in 75 F.

No problem and good luck (tbh I like both but the blue is more flexible in terms of color match)
Oh, without question the blue is more versatile and I quite like both as well. The yellow is just more unique IMO.

Thanks a lot! I'm going to keep looking for the yellow one (found a couple not in my size unfortunately), but I may end up "settling" for the blue one.

I think there’s still a few shirts kicking about
I'm going to do another round of searching. There was one yellow one in my size (16) at Genco, but I think that one is gone now unfortunately. I also just checked realmoon through your link and did not see it, but I'll go search some of the other sites.

5 years back now. Yep - the old gold version was issued too:
Very cool. Such a nice fabric. I even got to handle it in person at Desolation Row... I really should have bought the shirt.

I never knew they did a vest in that blue/cream jacquard fabric. Did they do one with the yellow version as well? I still regret not getting one of the shirts.

Wow, quite a downgrade IMO as well. The collar and yoke look out of proportion on the Jelado version. I also much prefer the pocket flap design on the Freewheelers version and the shape of the slash pockets below them.

Ah yes, I remember the purple bullhide one. Absolutely stunning and purple is my favorite color, but it's one of those items that I'd rather hang on a wall as art than wear myself.

The Little Wing is really cool even though I don't think I would wear one, but the Speed Demon is especially nice. That Bordeaux corduroy is just so beautiful.

The Norma jeans do indeed look great.
I also want to point out that you don't have to go with an actual women's jean.
My girl recently got a pair of Mister Freedom Lot. 54 jeans (they do have a buckle back) and she absolutely loves them. It doesn't have to be Mister Freedom either of course. It's just an example.

A perfect fit indeed. Damn, that back seam is beautifully terrible. I love it.

He definitely wore the Saratoga - but he definitely wore quite a few other types/brands. I think Wayfarers are so ubiquitous many people default to that position
Yeah I'm sure her did. I think that "Wayfarer" for acetate sunglasses is almost to the point of being "Xerox" for a lot of people at this point. I've heard someone call round acetate sunglasses "Wayfarers."

They are top quality. I was really taken by the guy's passion when I listened to him on a podcast. In fact, he sounds exactly like you would expect one of Japanese denim nobility talking about their work, with a French accent instead of Japanese... I ended up buying 3 pairs of special editions + one RX pair for readers... The ones I'm wearing here are the Fitzgerald from the Yellowstone collection. The model is Mage's hat tip to the Wayfarer, that JFK was often photographed with (or maybe JFK's were copies, who knows). However, that specific frame is made with polarized glass, which is very rare in his offering.
I could be wrong, but I've read a few times that JFK actually wore American Optical Saratoga sunglasses, not Wayfarers.
The JMMs look beautiful. I only have metal frame sunglasses right now so they could be my first acetate shades.

@dudewuttheheck, last I checked there were still some available on their web shop, but it’s been some time—can’t hurt to poke around, anyhow
I know they also started selling through Denimio recently, but I’m not sure whether the remaining collaboration jeans were among those offered
They're still there it looks like. Thanks very much!

Thanks @dudewuttheheck—have you looked at Graph Zero’s collaboration with Nihon Menpu from a couple of years ago? They used a fabric very similar to this (and another very similar to the charcoal lot 285); I have a suspicion that they may have been a re-run of the same or a similar production
No, I haven't. Anywhere to still find those new? Or should I be looking at grailed and ebay and such?

Those jeans are great @julian-wolf I would really like to find some persimmon-dyed denim

@Dan_F love the matching shirt and sneakers.

I would have done what you did. You didn't do anything wrong.

Well, in the case of a fuck up and lost package, the damage is totally on your side though.
yeah of course, but some of the stores have even refused to lower the declared value for me. Maybe I have no good reason to be surprised that the proxy service would do it. I have not had to use one yet. The last time I needed to proxy something, I was lucky that a friend was willing to help me out.

That's cool that the proxy service will do that. I wouldn't have expected that.

Those do fit incredibly well and I agree that this cut is pretty universal. I regret selling my old pair.

I'm sorry. I am also using Google Translate. I didn't understand the subtle nuances...sorry. If you like patches, you're okay!
I love the patch! If they release the t shirt with the patch design on it, I would buy it.
I tried to make a joke, but I didn't do it right and I was rude instead of funny, so I am sorry for that.
