Yeah definitely a shame because the jeans really do look great.

That jacket looks incredible @MJF9. In less impressive fade news, I gave my '37s one last wash before their semi-retirement. They're too big and I'm starting the TCB contest. I'll still wear them once in a while because they're extremely comfortable and I'd like them to fade some more.

Thanks @Duke Mantee! I was thinking the same thing. Aside from a slightly small waist, I do think this might be my best fitting pair of jeans yet.

Thanks all! I had noticed people saying they stretched back out pretty easily and that was certainly the case with mine. I am definitely happy I gave them another shot as I'm quite happy with the fit overall.

#182 checking in! I am happy to eat some crow here because these will actually work for me. They were so far under the chart measurements that I thought they were a lost cause, but after a hot wash, they were still way too large for my lady so I gave them another shot myself and I was surprised that after a bit of stretch, they were already basically back to the pre-wash size in the waist. They're still a little tighter there than I would like, but I think with a little more time and with cold washing from now on, they should be fine. Aside from the waist, these actually fit really nicely. Overall, I'm really pleased with the fit. The patch is still my favorite part, though I'm excited to start wearing these in a couple days.

@Broark I actually think the jacket fits really well. Of course, I like shorter fitting jackets, but I think that looks brilliant.

Really cool that they're being made in navy/indigo as well.

No, I'm not going to sell them all. That's a good point. At the very least, I will save my 37s because they have been worn so much and I love how they look right now. They will be great to throw on for a lazy day when I just want something extremely comfortable. I will also be keeping the 46 first half pair that I have because I like them the most and they are the closest to fitting right now. Yes they are all size 36. I already sold the size 38 47s I had. Yeah it's definitely a good thing overall. I've even been able to keep losing weight during quarantine which I am happy about. Haha you're unfortunately on the money there. My size 42 Mulhollands are starting to get a little too big on me... You are certainly right about that. That's why I'm definitely keeping two pairs, but I still think I'm going to offload some other pieces. The thighs are definitely a big problem with the TCBs. It's not just the waist.

I think it's getting time to call it quits on my CSF jeans... I've lost too much weight and I just don't like how they fit anymore. I've even hot washed and tumble dried three of my four pairs and they still don't fit right. I'm sure everyone loves the anti-fit, but mine are too anti-fit for me at this point. I'll have to list them for sale and then see what I can do about getting some new pairs. It's a real shame because the wait is much longer now than it used to be. The D-42s should still be on the way in a couple of months so at least those should fit properly. With the TCBs not working out, I don't have any jeans that fit the way I want right now which feels weird.

You all who sized up were smart. I might be able to pass them onto my lady for her to wear for me. Depending on how much they shrink, they may work for her so that would be a nice turn of events.

Even pulled tight, the waist is not even 31 and even if they were, they'd still be 2" off. If I were to pull them to 31", I'd really be pulling them which is not how I measure. The jeans are also very flat at the thigh. They are absolutely not even close to 13" in the thigh. Nowhere near 12.5 even.

The waist on mine is 2.5" too small and the thigh is at least an inch smaller than the chart. I understand being a little off, but based on the size chart, the waist on mine is smaller than the size 29 on the chart, so more than 2 sizes off. The thigh is smaller than anything on the chart...

Yeah the waste is off to an extreme degree. If I remember correctly, the thigh is pretty off as well. Those are the most critical. These could just work if they were one wash like this. Being raw at this fit, I have no chance whatsoever of making them work.

Mine are not going to work for me so I will offer them for sale to anyone who missed out and might want them. They're not even 31" before shrinkage which is quite off from the size chart we got. The thigh is also much smaller. Not even 12" when raw. These could work for me if they were one wash, but I'm planning on actually washing consistently so I unfortunately cannot make these work. It's a real shame because the patch is so cool and I am quite happy with the pocket bags I got. I have only tried them on once. Just want to get back what I paid for them. Size 31 raw: Waist: 30.5" Front Rise: 13.75" Rear Rise:17.5" Thigh (at crotch): 11.8" knee: 9.75" hem: 9" inseam: 31.5" Pics:

Same. I went by the posted size chart. If they are tag size when raw, I'm doomed.

Yeah them shipping out the Japanese jeans first might be the reason. I agree that I'd be shocked if people who knew hadn't said anything.

The thing that is interesting to me is that I haven't seen a single person here say they have received any tracking information. That makes me think they silently shipped them out then... unless someone has finally gotten tracking info or some people have gotten tracking and just haven't said anything. *EDIT: Just saw on IG that they said they have been shipping since Monday, so they probably are just shipping them out without notifying which I hope is the case, because that allows me to hope that mine have already been shipped.

@beautiful_FrEaK said it very well. As a CSF fanboy myself, I am excited to get them and compare the two approaches.
