These are insane!! Makes me want to pull out the 501s I gave up on...

Funny that I gave up on some 501's in recent years. Apparently I was better at this fading game when I was young and did not obsess about fading ;-)

Took quite some more pictures of the jeans. Might add some more photos later :)

You're CRAZY!!! Epic collection of pants.

  3. I have an office job so I am not the fasted fader. I take my denim fading easy, but I think the results are quite good with my jeans (in my opinion). Here's my Diesel Tepphar denim that was marketed to have some enzyme to let it fade faster. Think total bullocks but the colour that comes out I like. Wonder what you think.

Now I have a few pairs in rotation. Nudie (pretty worn out), Diesel (well faded going into the fall of it's existence), APC (well into the process) and 501 STF (broken in). So i allow myself to get a new pair. Any advice on what to buy next? I am not one for the super heavy denim. I don't like how they fade (out).

  4. Who here does double denim? I think it can look awesome, but there is such a slim line. I actually prefer similar colors than contrasting. What about you guys?

    Who does it at work?

  5. 6 month update on my A.P.C. PS, they have proven to be great quality I think. But they have only started to fade recently. I have worn them quite often so was expecting a quicker progress, but they are finally giving in. I always take my time breaking them in so i know these will have years and years of wear in them like all my other raws.

Amazing to see how some of you have managed to make them look super sick. I am in for a fun ride with these.

  6. Update on Diesel Tepphar Turbo denim, progress and fit. Haven't been counting the days but I think they must have had 110 days of wear approximately. They fade fast, the pictures don't really show the difference between the earlier pics, but it is significant. For one there is a hole starting on the pocket my wallet sits in. Trying to avoid a rip by wearing my wallet in the other pocket now.

  7. Awesome pair! It takes me 5 years to get my pants like this. What do you do in them to have them look so great this quick?

Nudie Grim Tim Orange Selvage. Worn for 2,5 years, lot of washes and repair jobs. Hope you like it!
