    i'm in michigan so when i don't see one i see the other (boat shoes SS, duck boots FW)

     

    below-freezing temperatures

     

    knee-deep snow

  2. I'd recommend you look up some meditation techniques and breathing exercises. Really helped me with getting to sleep at night... but there are always a few nights it just doesn't work. My sleeping pattern is constantly fucked though cos I have no self control. 

    This guy. this guy knows what's up. My depression/anxiety is really soothed by really calm yoga and meditation. It doesn't always work, of course, because that's what depression/anxiety does: effs you up in lots of different ways. But since depression is often linked with sleeping problems (i've had them literally my whole life, as have many of my friends), it's good to kind of try to knock them both down with meditation.

    Though don't rely on this in a way you would medication. Think of this mindful practice as purely supplemental.

    I taught yoga for a while a few years back. If I maybe got a guide together with meditation/simple yoga outlines would anyone be interested?

    They're not the prettiest things but I love them because they're of my own making. My friend from high school was trying to give me shit saying things like "you know you can pay people to do that for you lol". She has 3 chinese characters on her body. Anyways, I'm proud of these guys and might go over them soon just for ink's sake. I do have a plan of getting a professionally done one on my thigh when I get the cash, but it's no rush.
