these are pretty clean minus the laces. CP looking uppers, con soles, MIJ too. 

where to cop?

I've been working on these gap skinny selvedge. about just over a year and a half with maybe 3-4 washes and 2 hot soaks. i just couldn't pass up on a good deal and i feel that i've gotten good results and responses. these might be retired soon as well.

Can anyone reccommend a few places to get leather natos?

Not feeling the c&b thin straps nor the thickness (& $$) of shell cordovan straps.
