Can anybody recommend a proxy in Russia?

i'm getting a pair of beater winter boots (i expect salt damage). 

it has a rubber half sole stitched on but I want to add a Topy because that would be cheaper than having to replace the stitched half sole and its not worth the cost of a half-sole resole for these

does anybody here have experience with Topying a rubber half sole?

I need to have the sleeves of an InAisce Sentinel Coat shortened. What should I do? I am in Vancouver, Canada so my choices are limited. Any recommendations on local tailors?

Is Canada post reliable for tracking and signature confirmation? I assume that they pass the parcel to USPS, and I am worried that the item might not be scanned at the destination. I know Fedex and DHL are expensive for local shipping. Are their prices more competitive for international shipping?

still ordered something on rakuten and they put as gift ( IVE ASKED CLEARLY ),  still got 138 $ of custom fee..

Does anybody here have experience with Devoa washi jackets? I am thinking of getting one soon.

In particular:

Does the washi require any special care or treatment?

Can it be handwashed, or is it dry-clean only?

I am unable to find an option to search for completed auctions on YJP. Is that feature absent?
