  1. Are Lexdray products made offshore? I am assuming they must be considering the amount of effort I have put into discovering their manufacturing origins with no results. This saddens me as the Sao Paulo sling is a great bag and I am still finding new pockets on the damn thing.

  2. I myself am waiting for the Blu-Ray release. I don't mind waiting when you can watch it anytime you want online, right?

Also, fuck having to wait until Jan 9th for the new Kill la Kill episode

Yup! It's available online any time. I just like having the set so I can watch it uninterrupted, share it with others, etc.

Finally watching Kill la Kill. The first episode's 1984 reference, art style, music, offbeat humor, and characters all have me hooked.

  3. Looking to find a full collection of Cowboy Bebop, but minor internet snooping says that there were a lot of pirated copies/fakes. Any thing to look for when looking at a collection online or should I just wait for the Blu-Ray release that is supposed to be happening this year? I'm torn as its a personal favorite and it would be a bummer to purchase a bad set online and waste money.

  4. -Have a Seattle Sufu meetup with at least 5 people

-Adjust sleep schedule to wake up at 7AM each day

-Go to the gym 4 days a week

-Apply, secure, and commute to a second job in downtown Seattle

-Turn that second job into my new full-time job

-Earn enough to move out and find a house with roommates or a small apartment

-Continue to try new recipes while baking and cooking

-Purchase more Stone Island Shadow Project and experiment with the PARSEQ system

-Take the train to Vancouver to visit Haven, Inventory and the Vancouver sufu members

  5. My current itinerary is getting on the bus to cap Hill at 10:45 (clearly I was ambitious in my earlier planning, my fault), get to Cap Hill around 11:30, hang at Totokaelo from 11:50-12:15 in hopes of catching Alex(didn't see him post again so I don't know if they've adjusted their plans or not) walk to Trichome, eat lunch afterwards. I'd like to say I'll be at Trichome by 12:45 or so based on this but it'll be a hike.

  6. Last night to finalize arrangements and things are still up in the air. I am aiming to arrive at Trichome by 11:30, hang out, walk/bus back to Capitol Hill, eat lunch at the Honey Hole unless we end up getting dim sum with HailXenu, check out Totokaelo, and head back home.

  7. how come y'all fuckers hide when im in town??? =[

At the time I doubt anyone would have wanted to meet/associate with me. If memory serves this was before (?) the resolution of my Ebbets fiasco.

you guys wanna meet at hailxenu's shop a bit earlier than noon?

I am down to try and get to Trichome more like 10:30-11:00 AM, or are we thinking more like 11:30-11:45? Whatever gets more of the group together works fine for me.

I visited last Monday for Raw but didn't see anyone.

Still want to make the Vancouver pilgrimage and meet up with the Sufu clan there. In fact if any of the Seattle group would be interested it'd be cool to do an area meetup in the future, maybe post-new year? I think that'd be great.

  8. I was thinking that noon would be a good time to meet, and I think meeting at Totokaelo would be best. Lets people have a place to wait indoors as temperatures continue to drop and if you need to kill time because you are there early you can always shop around and try on. Once we have the group there, we can head out to a lunch spot accordingly. As mentioned, plenty of great options to choose from. I'll try to remember to bring a camera as it'd be great to have a group pic to throw in the meetup/waywt threads.

Also! Reminder to bring magazines/movies/music/whatever you want to exchange with the group if that's of interest at all. As a bus rider I do understand it can be tiresome to tote around extra weight but its for a good cause (or something along those lines).

  9. This is unfortunate. =[

Just a reminder: Didn't hear from anyone about the 8th so can I safely assume we are all meeting on the 15th and I am not leaving people to be sad no one comes to meet up? Hopefully this is the case.

  10. Oculus Rift is a very strange experience. Friend bought one and Virtual Reality Sickness is a reality. Messes with your head in a very weird way, makes you feel way more aware of your peripherals when you take off the rift. Lots of experiments to mess with your stomach especially. First game I tried was falling down through moving obstacles.

Don't see any competitive applications as of yet. Honestly made Tf2 nearly unplayable as it completely eliminates rocket jumping as an option. I dunno. Intrigued, but definitely not convinced on its application. I suspect it will become another sub-genre of gaming.
