I wish they made a XXL cut though. 

Was at the Darkside Initiative warehouse sale yesterday. While waiting in line I was talking to a guy wearing an ACR jacket. Great to hear another person’s perspective on how the brand, availability, hype and prices have changed. I was joking how our Goretex was doing in the rain. If you’re on this board, great talking to you. @thatslapz he said he knows you!

Later on a couple got into line both wearing ACR jackets. When I left the sale I spotted another guy wearing a J1TS-S. (It didn’t look like it was holding up well in the rain.) Great to see people supporting the brand and our local brick and mortar. Anyways, didn’t think I’d see so many pieces in one spot.

Agree. Go for the size 11. They fit big. 

The best way for two MK2s is on the sides.

Also confirming, what @thatslapz said. A MK1 (left) can fit between the buckle straps but a MK3 is a better fit. 

Trying out configurations...

I’ve seen photos with a 3A-MK2 on the center of a 3A-6TS but wondered if it’s possible to mount two side by a side on 3A-5TS.

- It’s possible but you can only close the center buckle.

- The height of the modular is too tall and the upper MOLLE is to low for the buckle to clear the modular. 

- If use one MK2 you can close the center and opposite end buckles. 

I’ve paid, got Paypal, ACR payment and ACR order confirmations. I haven’t received shipping notices yet. My orders are in the 5500s. 

I’ve tried on the Dsptch belt above. I’m a 36 waist and the belt is on the shorter side. Be sure to contact them for actual length if you’re gonna buy it. 

Man... maximum allowed for a certain modular is only one item?

Also a 15” MB does fit, but the advice above is correct. You can’t drop it in nor retrieve it easy. It’ll work if you put with angles. There’s also still room to give in the main compartment.

@saskey If it’s anything like the earlier generations, the buckles are heavy duty plastic and rugged. 

But will modulars be released?
