  1. WTS: J51-WS, L (fits M)

Full pack. In good condition with minimal signs of wear. Size tag got a little mangled in the wash - unsure of how this happened.

Looking for 1100 shipped, conus. Only accepting Venmo/Zelle due to the new tax laws, have plenty of references here and in other groups. Unfortunately can’t take PayPal gift because of the shit that grailed pulled. One of the best insulators that the brand has made. Warmth is in between the 58/50 and 91.

I’ve owned both the J1A and J47. Without referring to spec sheets, the J47 definitely has a roomier fit. Was unable to comfortably wear my J58 and J1A together without it being too restricting and ended up parting ways with it (J1A) for this reason.

I can’t tell if you’re trolling or not, but this is an objectively wrong take lol. The 47 is for sure cut slimmer than the 1a.

What size did you end up getting in the P10?  I'm 5'9'' and even the S looks like it might be a bit long.  I'm considering the XS..

For the love of god do not get the XS if you are 5'9. I'm 5'8 and the S fits. You could prob do an M, but S will work also. depends on how much stacking you want.

Will be selling this so i'm looking for an ID on this? It's a DS shirt from a good while back.

The sheen and patina on the shirt makes me feel like it’s not DS. Have a pic of the tag?

I weighed old v. new and the Primaloft version is about 20g heavier overall (though, the new one is a large v. the old one is a medium). The extra padding in the pockets are wonderful (v. cozy) and the bilateral pockets are a huge plus. Elastic feels about the same to me in terms of tightness.

Thanks for the detailed write-up. Kind of a bummer that it’s still the same warmth.

how does the large fit you relative to the medium? I also have the 1.0 in a Medium and was considering sizing up 1 in the 1.2 for more of a looser fit. Does this jacket work slightly oversized?

can anyone confirm or deny that the p15 is basically the pant version of the p17?  or is there another cropped pant model that it is closer to in fit/ upper block. its been years.

@xumatrix @daniel  any help on this 1 fellas?

    cheers

What you’re saying is correct. Also worth noting that the p31 is essentially the re-released p15

Is the J78-WS almost identical to the J50-WS? The only thing I could tell that was different was the sleeve and arm pocket detail. No hate, I own the J50 and love it to bits.

Yeah. It fits a bit bigger and is longer in the body. I own the 50ws in M and tried the 78ws on (M as well). If you own the 50, the 78 is highly skippable. The 78 felt marginally warmer though, shrug. The fact that it doesn’t have auxzip is whack.

re comment on length of trousers - I’m wearing the cropped ones in the pic. The full length ones almost look identical, but in a more formal fabric.

@solographik nice!! is it as sheer as the j77-am? is it ok if nothing is worn underneath the la6b-ds?

It's def not as sheer. You can see through it when it's stretched tho. you can probably get away with it, but I don't think i would

Looks good, did you cuff the P33 here or do they have a clean break uncuffed?

No cuff, just as is. I'm about 5'8 but with stubby legs. Wear an S in most acr bottoms.

  11. Looking to get a 13” laptop sleeve, preferably in xpac or dyneema. Does anyone know where I can get something like this made? Thanks!

    nvm: etsy delivers

Barrage of J29 pics incoming, since I think it’s been overall poorly represented by styling shots online. I really love Acronym blazers and think they are a more versatile cut than most jackets in techwear. The look changes pretty radically depending on how it’s layered, how the collar is positioned, and if it’s opened or closed. I attached a bunch of slight variations on ways I’ve tried it out to illustrate that point.

And yes, the J65-AK is fantastic and I love it because I love vests.

Yo this is fire. I still think the J29 sucks but you make it work! The P30A's also look great on you. I miss my EG/Vans, i beat the shit out of them and had to retire em.

Does anyone own a P32-DS and can give a short review. Is the look and feel comparable to the P24A-DS?

In the beginning I was a little bit worried about the cargo pocket style, but since I owning the P10A-E I have to confess the pockets are really cool and very useful!

    #makecargopantsgreatagain

I own both. I'll try to find some time this weekend to write my thoughts down. At a surface level, the P32 have a more aggressive taper towards the ankle and are a bit more billow-y up top. They drape better and really don't feel like you're wearing pants. The 24A-DS feel more hefty and bulky. The pockets are also set up in a way that make it, well, look like a super-cargo-utility pant.
