  1. How does the fabric in -CH models compare to -S ? Thinking about trying to pick up P10s but can't decide on what version to get.

less black, more stretch, lighter and softer, dry super faster but windproof

about ss15, it's supposed to launch now?

  2. great the 3a-1 is back, but i really don't like the new "silver" zipper

the j44-gt is awesome but i still wonder why keeping the ugly gore-tex tab on the sleeve...

i'll go for the pretty expensive cotton tee, can't wait to see a fit pic ;)

  3. D:

That's awesome, I like the new logo tape

i confess i'd prefer to have the option to have zero logo, maybe it's possible to remove it (and the others) with no traces.

what is this fabric? something from nemen?

  6. Softshell under a hardshell might suck for breathability, plus it won't be warm enough for a Calgary winter. Try layering an ultralight down piece under your acronym. Merino base layers will help too.

under a hardshell, to me, the best option is a merino base layer + merino sweater or insulator (arc'teryx main line, veilance or leaf for example)

  7. Got a pair of acronym p14-ch pants. Observations:

The best part of these is definitely the fabric. First performance fabric i've seen that actually looks like a normal pant fabric. schoeller are gods.

yes, incredible fabric i have a pair of p14-ch too, and p9-ch from ss12 in a close fabric but more durable, and people think it's "special" denim...unfortunately i guess i'd need to upgrade from small to medium today :(

the industrial micro twill from p16-ch is awesome too (but i'd love a p16 version in grey melange, maybe for ss15..)

  8. just received a brand new outlier cycling cap, black, in wool and in large, unfortunately, it's too big for me (i have one in cotton that fits great in that size), so pm me if you're interested
