Is there anyone here that owns both a 1101 and a 0105? If so, do you wear the same size in both models? thanks!

I had early crotch repairs (and also others) on all of my standard and XX denims. Weak, loose or missing (!) threads seems to be normal on FC, unfortunately.

was there a huge leg twist in your one wash version when you got them?

I have seen this yet but there are only limited sizes and only one wash versions available, unfortunately.

I´m currently fighting with myself if I should get a pair of the 0105EX or if I should order a regular 0105, or a Warehouse 1001 or a TCB 50s later this year.

I have four pairs of FullCounts yet and ´normally´ I would say that I don´t need another one right now, because I´m still rotating between a 1108 and a RRL one at the moment.

which size have you taken, max?

I´m wearing japanese raw selvedge denim since the late 90´s now, started with two pairs of Evisu, I also like the FC 13,75 standard denim most. Especially when it ages. Both look and feel are state of the art in my opinion.

FC is also my favourite brand and the 0105 will definitely be my next pair. At the moment, I´m still wearing FC 1108 (13,75oz) that I purchased originally for the denim world championships but unfortunately I did not wear them that much during the last two years, so I have no results to show when yet. So, maybe in fall I will get the 0105.

I'm basically interested in s S0500xx and would like to know if I should go with the same size as with the S510xx or the S710xx? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

thanks, foxy! and the size of your jeans is 32, right? i thought about getting one in 38 because i wear my jeans in 34 or 36. do you think this should be ok or does it run extremely small?

As Okayama seem unable to hem my FC 1101 within four weeks I cancelled my order there. Still waiting for the refund...when I get it I think I'd buy Eternal 883s instead of the FC. Or the Denime 66? You see, Gavin, I'm still in the same boat as you (but I'm enjoying my 800, you definitely should get those one day).

sounds like you had not the best shopping experience with okayama?

Additional idea for b_f´s point 2, especially when you are based in NYC: wait for black friday and buy from your local brick & mortar store when everything is on sale. I remember my visit at Self Edge NYC in 2013 two days after black friday when nearly everything was sold out!
