You'll be able to button those up eventually.

Technically I only sized down two. I normally wear size 32 jeans before I bought raws and they were never tight on me. I couldn't button the top two button for the first day or two and then by the 10 days I could get all 4 up.

The Size 30's are measured 32 inches in waist. If you have a 34 inches waist, do you think you can fit in them?Sizing down 1-3 from your true waist has taken vanity sizing into consideration.
No. What you said first was correct. The whole reason people size down is to account for stretching.
1. Measure where you wear your jeans on your hips. You can call this your true measurement.
2. Find the pair that measures the same as your true (Size 32 has an actual measurement of 34", etc...). If you bought this size, you would be able to button up every button the first time.
3. Size down again according to the cut to account for stretching and for how slim you want your pair to fit.
For example, here is how I did it. Where I wear my jeans measures 34" around. I sized down 2 sizes because APCs are vanity sized two inches. Then I sized down 2 more to account for stretching. After one month of wearing they stretched out for the perfect fit. My true measurement was 34" so I bought a size 30 and got the perfect fit.
Yes chiggah you are correct. That's exactly what I did.

The confusion is coming from the fact that you wear pants at your hips, and not your waist. Measure where you wear your jeans on your hips. Size down two from that measurement to account for vanity sizing. Then size down again based on the cut. 2 - 3 for new standards, 1- 2 for petit standards and new cures. Where I wear my jeans measures 34" and my size 30 petit standards fit perfect after the initial stretching

I don't think anyone would recommend J. Crew denim over A.P.C.

I guess I'll go with the 011s then, thanks guys.
According to Blue in Green, the 011s and 013s share the same cuts.
"Note: The XX-011 are cut from the same pattern as the Blue in Green XX-013 and also now fit the same as the XX-013 (the XX-011 were previously slimmer)."

Anyone buy the reverse fade skinnyguys yet? I think they would be awesome but I don't know what the hell I would wear with white pants.

thanks man!
I got em from Brandon personally, I think they're supposed to debut in a couple of months or so. Yeh the denim is really something else...
How'd you go about that? Fit looks really good by the way, at least for my preferences. How tall are you?
what's brandon's email?I sent an e-mail a few weeks ago to [email protected] and Brandon replied back.

I'm thinking of buying a belt and matching bifold from these guys. I'm looking for recommendations though. Natural with a brass buckle or a nickel buckle?
