Visiting Portland for the first time this coming January. How bad does the weather typically get? Should I invest in some snow/weatherproof boots?

Guess you were right. Tried contacting him through a different email address and got a response. Thanks!

Anyone know what's up with Brendon not responding to emails? I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive a tracking number. Emailed him three times and still haven't heard anything.

thanks Fycus for the malin+goetz vitamin E moisturizer rec. It goes on really well and feels like nothing at all. It also lasts throughout the day. The lotion does leave a bit of sheen on my face by 5pm, but, manageable. I think it is kind of like a dewy effect lol.

Accidentally ordered 2 double-double on Monday and forgot to ask for no cheese (I asked for no spread). Crossing fingers that nothing happens. It tasted pretty delicious no eating cheese for hella long time, but I was dreading the inevitable.
I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong but whenever I wear this moisturizer, at the end of the day it gets in my eyes (perhaps being mixed with sweat that accumulates during the day?) and stings/burns the hell out of them.

Have you guys asked your dermatologists about a prescription? The retinoid creams seem to work great at clearing skin and are cheaper than the good otc stuff.
*I haven't used it in years, but my experience with benzoyl peroxide was that it messed up my clothes... bleaching my collars pink.
I've been using benzoyl peroxide for years and I find that it's the only thing that'll keep my skin clear. My regimen recommends that I use it twice a day (morning and night) but because I don't want to ruin my clothes, I strictly use it at night.

Makr rucksack owners... have any of you ever tried machine washing your bag?

Off topic, but have you ever washed your Makr backpack? I have the same one and I've been wanting to wash it but not sure if a machine wash would mess up the leather straps.

acne.org regimen does wonders if you use the 2.5% benzoyl at night only, it's pretty expensive if you live outside the US though, might be good to try it out for 1-2 months and see if it clears up your skin then move to a very gentle and cheaper moisturizer and cleanser but keep the peroxide in case of a breakout
i, too, am on the acne.org regimen and can vouch for how well it works. i'm not a huge fan of the moisturizer though; i find it too heavy. what's your cheaper alternative, cdglove?

^ malin & goetz vitamin e moisturizer is good, although i have noticed it causing more of a 'sheen' recently than it used to (could be either a change in my skin or a change in their formula).
you ever experience burning in your eyes after a long day of wearing this moisturizer? happens to me every time.
