they stretch quite a bit from my experience - it's a pretty loose weave.

minor updates. not that these photos show it all that well, but these IH-555-02's are progressing nicely. wasn't expecting to see any whiskers or combs for a while but they're sneeking in already

Anybody on the fence about the grizzly should take note, Ande has reduced the price for this weekend only.

Was hoping these would be up my alley, but measurements suggest otherwise unfortunately - so that's a sad no

Excellent Griz fit pic's Okisan and Hyphen, do you mind if I nick them for the website?
Jeans looking good there Ms.Tg!
No probs at all Ande. I'll email you the full size version.

Thanks for explaining. But that's confusing, selvage denim to me is in part defined by having selvage seams. The jeans could be made on a shuttle loom with high quality, heavy weight denim, but the moment you cut the "self edge" off they cease to be selvage denim jeans.
Entirely incorrect. Selvage is selvage wherever that white edge may end up. The denim on the 301s is the standard iron heart 21oz selvage - if you take these back the only one losing out is you.

Could do with a hem perhaps? Would become a cleaner fit, otherwise looks like you sized right.

I'd be getting touch with Anders and see what he suggests. He may fix them for you

s003jp-yamato or flathead se05bsp or IH-555 21 oz. OR..... flat heads f310. I'm into the slim tapered look with a nice butt pocket arc... hehehe
You have some different cuts there, you'd be best figuring the cut you want first as that will narrow things for you.

I seriously can not get over that jacket, absolutely amazing. Beautiful detail on that, but that price tag is a little harsh for me.
Cheers. It had never occurred to me it was expensive. Considering the additional man hours required to sew this over a regular pair of jeans, and it's genuinely a one man operation, the price seems fair to me. Plus, with Ande you get what you pay for.

Yep - what he said.
Ande is an awesome dude who makes awesome things.

Contact IH, let them know the issue and I am sure they will help.
yeah, did think of that but seeing as I live in Australia it just seems a tad far for them to really be able to do anything. I'll just bust out a needle & fix it myself and hope it doesn't spread.

It's the stitching on the bottom corner of the pocket. Not fussed about arcs coming undone or breaking, but the pocket pulling away is a no-no for me.
